Gynecological surgery has evolved tremendously in the last decade. There are various Minimal Invasive Procedures such as hysteroscopy and laparoscopy that allows for effective diagnosis and treatment with less down time. Endometrial ablation is such a procedure that treats abnormal bleeding, sometimes preventing a hysterectomy. This is a procedure that we are able to do in the comfort of our office. The Essure procedure is a no incision tubal sterilization that can also be done in our office. Saline hysterogram is a very useful diagnostic tool that is very helpful in diagnosing the cause for abnormal bleeding. This procedure is also offered in the office.
